The suspect accused of deploying an incendiary device outside 26 Federal Plaza in New York Monday morning is named Andrew Arrabaca, two law enforcement sources have confirmed to Fox News Digital.

The sources both confirmed that Arrabaca had “anti-ICE stuff on him” at the time of the alleged attack.

The building in lower Manhattan is home to a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services office.
