Our Shipping Process

Here is a quick idea of what to expect when you place an order with us.

Immediately after placing your order we will email you a confirmation recap containing your order number for reference. Please make sure to check that your order details, delivery address and email address are correct with no typos to ensure proper delivery to you. If there is an error, please email us immediately at

Typically, within the following three days or so (depending upon the carrier), you will receive a notice that your order has shipped and will receive an email with your tracking #.

Standard Shipping is quoted at 10-20 business days for delivery but we strive to be on the shorter end of this.

Rush Shipping is available on some items. When Rush Shipping is available it will be an option at Checkout. Rush Shipping is quoted at 5-10 business days.

Our shipping department operates Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am Eastern Time to 5:00 pm Eastern Time. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
